ABOUT CHRISTINE LYNCH

I initially trained as an early years educator and taught for 15 years at a Rudolf Steiner School in the UK, also known as *Waldorf Schools, and through my training as a Waldorf teacher I gained a foundation in Anthroposophy.
Over the years through my teaching life and personal experiences my interest grew towards working more therapeutically.

In 2002 I undertook a training course in Rhythmical Massage Therapy In Gloucestershire, UK and in 2006 completed my intern/practicum placement at Park Attwood Clinic, a residential and outpatient clinic, integrating mainstream and complementary medicine. This led to my being asked to stand in as a locum, where I worked with doctors and therapists treating people suffering from a range of acute, chronic to life threatening illnesses and disorders.

Since then I have been working independently between London and Edinburgh. I currently work with adults with severe mental problems and learning difficulties.

I work as an independent therapist, and I am happy to take doctors’ referrals as well as self-referrals.

*Waldorf Schools forms part of a larger
Worldwide Movement of Anthroposophical Initiatives which extend into Camphill Communities Curative Education, Anthroposophical Medicine, Biodynamic Farming, Demeter Products, Ethical Banking, The Arts, Adult Education and more.

*Park Attwood Clinic is known for its cancer care at all stages, including fatigue, depression, emotional and spiritual distress, pain and effects following cancer treatments such as chemo- and radiotherapy.
